Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All Products sold by RexShack are digital goods (RedM scripts, resources, and related files) that are delivered instantly and can be used immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the Product has been delivered or made accessible to you.

2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU/EEA, or another region with statutory withdrawal rights, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once delivery has begun. By completing your purchase and accessing the Product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

3. When We Do Offer Refunds

We will consider a refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but never received access to the Product (delivery failure that we cannot resolve).
• You were charged more than once for the same Product (duplicate payment).
• The Product is fundamentally broken, does not function as described, and we are unable to provide a working fix within a reasonable time.
• An unauthorized payment was made (subject to verification).

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

• You changed your mind after downloading or accessing the Product.
• You purchased the wrong Product but it was delivered correctly.
• The Product works as described but is incompatible with custom or heavily modified code on your server.
• Issues caused by your own modifications, third-party resources, or improper installation.
• You no longer need the Product or are closing your server.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Discord server within 14 days of purchase and include:

• Your order/transaction ID or proof of purchase.
• The Product name.
• The Cfx.re username or Discord account used at checkout.
• A clear description of the issue (with screenshots or error logs where possible).

We will always try to fix the issue first. If a fix is not possible, we will process an eligible refund.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Tebex. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, the associated license is revoked and you must stop using and delete the Product.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, as we can almost always resolve issues faster directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in the immediate revocation of all your licenses and a permanent ban from our store and Discord.
