1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RexShack website (the "Site", available at https://www.rexshack.dev) and the digital products, scripts, and services we offer (collectively, the "Products"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Our Products & License

Our Products are digital scripts and resources designed for RedM (Red Dead Redemption 2 multiplayer) servers. When you purchase a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product under the following conditions:

• Each license is for your own server(s) only, as described on the Product page at the time of purchase.
• You may modify the configuration and, where source is provided, the code for your own use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, leak, or publish the Product or its source code, in whole or in part.
• You may not remove or bypass any license checks, Cfx.re Escrow protections, or attribution.

We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Products. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on the Site and processed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, Tebex. We do not collect or store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, or discontinue Products at any time.

5. Delivery

All Products are delivered digitally. Depending on the Product, delivery is made through your Cfx.re Keymaster (under Granted Assets), our Tebex store, and/or our Discord server. Please ensure your Cfx.re (FiveM/RedM) account and, where requested, your Discord account are correctly connected so we can deliver your purchase. If you do not receive your Product, contact us on Discord and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Refunds

Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final. Specific conditions, exceptions, and the process for requesting a refund are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or other users' data.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
• File chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith (see our Refund Policy).
• Engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior toward our team or community.

8. Support & Updates

We aim to provide support and reasonable updates for our Products through our Discord server. Support is provided for the Product as sold; custom modifications you make are your own responsibility and may not be covered.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration, framework version, or third-party resource.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RexShack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or server downtime arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

11. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services including Tebex, Discord, and the CFX/RedM platform. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties, and their own terms may apply to your use of their services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access and licenses at any time if you breach these Terms, including for redistribution, fraud, or abusive chargebacks. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
